Bank of America Performance Improvement Consultant - Data Miner in Westerville, Ohio

Job Description:

Identifies strategies and solutions that are directly linked to organizational and business goals by establishing and maintaining partnerships with key business leaders, SMEs, and vendors to identify and drive performance improvement change. Will identify opportunities for improvement, conduct an analysis to determine root causes, propose solutions, scope out projects, implement solutions and assess impact. Solutions include process improvement or integration, leadership development, skill development and training. Individual contributor role.

The focus of this position will be on extracting sales data from multiple bank platforms.

Required Skills:

  • Must have data mining experience using SQL/SAS/Microsoft VBA or similar programs

  • Good working knowledge of consumer or commercial credit and lending issues OR 3 years as a data miner/analyst

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;

  • Strong organizational skills;

  • Proficient with PC applications including Microsoft office (Excel and Word)

  • Self-motivated and results oriented.
