Bank of America Financial Center Renovation Mgr in San Francisco, California

Job Description:

Develops business strategies for broad business area, family of businesses or large customer groups with a 2 to 5-year time horizon. Defines the resources and capabilities required to implement the plan and works across multiple lines of businesses to build a consistent and comprehensive plan. Executes the strategy by leading detailed designs, testing initiatives, and developing implementation strategies that promote customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and increased market penetration for one or more customer segments. The teammate in this role is responsible for influencing the Consumer Bank’s physical distribution strategy. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Managing the Financial Center renovation program including scope and prioritization of centers

  • Aligning enterprise strategies (physical and digital) with the Financial Center renovation program

  • Analyzing post-renovation performance and cost for program optimization

Minimum Requirements

  • 7+ work experience in banking and or related field

  • Bachelor's Degree Required

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Preferred Requirements

  • Top tier strategic consulting experience preferred

  • Experience in Project Management preferred
