Bank of America IAM EPO Reporting Specialist in Pennington, New Jersey
Asa member of theIdentity and Access Management (IAM) EPO team, theReportingspecialistestablishes and executesongoing reporting to identify control effectiveness and overall processhealthacross the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities :
•Develop standard reportingpackages to be delivered via EPO Governance routines.
•Prepare documentation for the tracking, monitoring, and escalation of riskrelated issues to managements related to control ineffectiveness
•Partners with EPO Center of Excellence as well as analytics and issues groups to define, develop and implement metric reporting, scorecards, dashboards, etc.
•Sources, compiles and analyzes data to understand and convey information relative to the process/function
•Produces monthly andadhocdata and metrics reports to monitor bothEPOand FLU operational metrics; Obtains validation/approvals fromFLUs
•Monitors reporting trends and interpret analytics forEPOengagement leads and front line units
•Attention to detail to ensure thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing tasks
•Ability to refine and operationalize key responsibilities
•Data and trend analysis: Ability to decompose and analyze complex data/information to drive timely decision making; use of statistical sampling techniques to validate data
•Data management and integration: Ability to integrate data from multiple sources including issues, testing, risk and control metrics to independently test hypothesis, evaluate scenarios and draw conclusions
•Strong PowerPointand Excel capabilities
•Experience with Tableau
•Experience working in high visibility, high pressure environment
•Experience working with regulators, compliance and risk•
Identify and move quickly to address business risks and challenges
•Risk Management: Strong risk mindset with process and controls background; actively debate and escalate issues and concerns
•Stakeholder Management: Ability to work, lead and gain consensus in a matrix environment; anticipates the audience to impact, inspire and engage
•Communication: Communicate information and issues across cross-functional stakeholders including FLU teams, support partners and senior leaders
•Collaboration: Create common goals and gain agreement on how individuals will work together to achieve them
•Conflict Management: Ability to identify and resolve conflicts sensibly, fairly and efficiently
