Digital Onboarding Responsibilities:
The Digital Product Consultantwill beresponsibility fordefining the FA/CA desktop experience for multiple projects designedaround improving Financial Advisor efficiency, increasing, client acquisition and digitizing workflow processes. The work has a heavylens toward improving overall User Experience for both advisors and end clients.
•Core focus area will include documentingRequirements including defining Features and User Stories within an Agile Framework
•The role will requireheavy interaction with technology to insure an optimized User Experience
•The role will closely partner with other lines of business, control partnersand product personnel
•One particular major initiatives, surrounding creating a Digital Advisory offering, will be amulti-year, integrated efforton one of the firms most strategically important project initiatives.
•Ideal candidate would have deep knowledge of requirementdocumentation coupled with an understanding of the Financial Services Industry.
Key Qualifications for the Role:
•5+ years of experience in financial services with expertise in developing digital capabilities and requirementdocumentation
•A background in Financial Services is strongly preferred
•Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record required
•Ability to juggle multiple priorities with competing deadlines in a fast-pacedenvironment required
•Strong analytical capabilities and problem solving skills required
•Must be able to effectively communicate in both business and technicalcontexts
•Must have ability to build consensus across teams
•Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills required
Independently initiates and/ or leads eCommerce/ ATM marketing programs, initiatives, channel strategies and research projects. Works closely with business partners in creating new eCommerce/ ATM products and implementing new marketing approaches. May provide guidance to junior staff but has no formal supervisory responsibility
