Job Description:

Provides technical systems and software support for modification, implementation, or conversion of business systems. Supports the process of translating business needs into formal Business Requirements deliverables. Acts as liaison between business unit and Tech & Ops support areas. Serves as a fully seasoned, proficient technical resource. Participates as an individual contributor on projects, completing activities as a part of a team related to special initiatives or operations. Routine accountability is for technical knowledge and capabilities, typically as an individual contributor. IT degree preferred or substantially equivalent experience.


This role works in the Data & Analytics Team within Consumer and GWIM Finance organization responsible for, design, build and automation of finance dashboards, sales/product reports and analysis. Ability to work with clients to design reporting that delivers fresh and actionable data-based insights.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5-7 years of application programming experience

  • 3-5 years MS SQL 2005+ experience including advanced queries and complex joins

  • Experience in report development using SAS, Cognos BI tools, Tableau, MicroStrategy, SSRS a plus

  • Experience in report development using .NET/VB/VBA Excel Automation

  • Experience in Batch and ETL automation using AutoSys, SSIS

  • Must have excellent software design and documentation skills

  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a constantly changing environment

  • Must have excellent organization skills

  • Ability to debug applications

  • Experience with the development models and software development lifecycle (SDLC) model

  • Able to communicate effectively across varied areas including technology, business units and senior leadership

  • Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Financial Services experience is a plus.

  • Knowledge of Essbase, General Ledger reporting, Management Accounting basics will be helpful.
