Bank of America RESPA Mortgage Specialist - Document Administrator II in New York, New York

Job Description:

Primary responsibility of the Document Admin – RESPA Specialist is to prepare and send early disclosure packages, system updating, review of flood determinations and supporting documentation, initial file preparation and set up, review purchase contracts, and to ensure regulatory and policy compliance. Works on routine to highly complex documentation. Interfaces with company vendors, legal counsel, line partners and clients, to ensure world-class documentation, accuracy and service. Maintains primary responsibility for accuracy of documentation, timely delivery of documents and necessary research requirements to ensure documentation reflects the appropriate transactional information and elimination of controllable re-work.     

Required Skills:

“Must” have these skills to be minimally qualified.

Level II Minimum 4 years residential real estate experience in closing/processing/underwriting

Knowledge of TRID and RESPA Regulatory requirements preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to handle multiple tasks under tight time constraints with high volume, well organized, highly detail oriented, and self motivated

Desired Skills :

Knowledge in area of residential lending regulatory requirements, mortgage loan processing, closing and underwriting.
