Bank of America Business Support Manager in New York, New York

Job Description:

Business Support Manager to focus on workforce management for GMT CTO. This includes tracking of all workforce movement in GMT CTO and working with senior leadership to develop workforce strategy. Will be a central point of contact for all requisition activity (opening, tracking, etc) and WMT activity (including routine updates and quarterly forecasting).

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in Business Management

  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with Sr. Executives

  • Ability to develop concise and effective senior level presentations

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency, such as formulas, graphs, modeling and data manipulation

  • Execution and results oriented

  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, metrics development

  • Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills

  • Aptitude in fast decision-making and problem-solving

  • Work independently

Desired Skills:

  • 3-5 years experience with business management processes
