Job Description:

Available April 2019 - Seeking a producing Resident Director in the Missoula, MT office. The office is a part of the Northwest Community Market lead by Market Executive, Charles McFadden and is part of the West Division.

The Resident Director performs a dual role, serving as both a Financial Advisor and a Leader. The ideal candidate should be a successful producer with leadership qualities based on personal relationships and a passion for developing and coaching Financial Advisors and Client Associates. He or she should be motivated to grow the office by leading our firm strategy through the Client Experience Standard, Optimal Practice Model, and Goals Based Wealth Management. The series 9/10 are not a prerequisite but must be achieved within 90 days of being placed in the role.

Yellowstone National Park is only 4 hours southeast and Glacier National Park is 4 hours north of Missoula. There are natural hot springs all over the state and Flathead Lake is only less than an hour from Missoula at 33 miles long and 36 miles wide. Activities like hiking, camping, mountain biking, skiing, rafting, and fly fishing are just the tip of the ice berg when it comes to the outdoor activities we are worldly known for.
