Bank of America Sr. Financial Analyst- Fin Bus Supp in Charlotte, North Carolina
Key responsibilities include leading the following:
Merrill Edge BFO point of contact for key management and regulatory reporting including, but not limited to, asset flows, client balances, key performance indicators, financial forecast consolidation, stress testing consolidation, brokered deposits and Merrill Edge Client P&L.
Key partner to Merrill Edge Sales Finance and BFO team, Merrill Edge FP&A, Centralized Consumer FP&A, and Wealth Management (GWIM) Finance
Various ad hoc analysis and reporting Required Skills :
Bachelor's degree (accounting or finance strongly preferred)
5+ years of accounting or financial analysis work experience
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Highly organized and proactive
Detail oriented as well as able to provide the big picture and tell the business story
Strong communication skills - able to adapt verbal and written communication style based on audience
Proven track record of championing process improvement and simplification efforts
Adaptable, ability to work independently in a fast paced, result driven environment with changing priorities
Manages operational risk by building strong processes and quality control routines
Eager to learn and grow, receptive to constructive feedback Desired Skills:
Management accounting experience
Consolidated Reporting experience
