Job Description:

The Consumer and GWIM Reporting & Analysis team is part of the Consumer Banking CFO organization supporting both finance and LOB executives. The primary focus of our team is managing reporting and analysis, driving change and helping the business and finance stay focused on key strategic priorities. Our team manages reporting for various corporate & line of business routines, with exposure to full Balance Sheet and P&L. Our business partners span the Consumer Bank and the multiple support partners, with exposure to senior line of business and finance / support function executives. Key priorities for our team focus on corporate routines, including forecast, business reviews with the CEO, Management Team & Board Meetings as well as internal business routines and externalpresentations.

The teammate in this role is responsible for monthly/forecast reporting & analysis, senior leadership presentation materials and supporting ever-changing business needs. Generally, the work routine occurs with peaks throughout month/quarter-end and for senior management deliverables. As part of the responsibilities of the role, the teammate will develop business partner relationships across all revenue and expense finance teams, and Line of business / COO contacts as applicable. Throughout the tenure of the role, the teammate should gain exposure and acumen across the Consumer Bank, including Balance Sheet, Revenue, Provision and Expense, and develop or improve a broader understanding of Consumer Strategy. Ad hoc and special project work will provide experience on outputs that go to the highest levels of the organization. While the role is generally Consumer Banking focused, opportunities to engage with routines supporting GWIM lines of business will exist as well.
