Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Responsible for leading strategic assessments and projects across Corporate Treasury. Activities include partnering with business leaders to define current and target state capabilities, gaps in current technologies and projects to develop target state capabilities and decommission legacy processes and technologies. Additionally responsible for synthesizing information and strategy into executable programs.

  • Work with business subject matter experts to understand and align Corporate Treasury strategy and business technology priorities

  • Document current capabilities and systems/tools supporting the capabilities

  • Assess current systems/tools to determine ability to meet business objectives for target state capabilities

  • Define capability gaps in current systems; perform gap and root cause analysis across capability, functions or activities

  • Partner with technology to define target state systems/tools and emerging technologies to solve business problems

  • Responsible for planning, resource allocation, benefit realization, execution monitoring (progress and financial) and reporting. The candidate will also be accountable for senior stakeholder communication routines such as steering

  • Summarize, create presentations and present initiative-specific key findings, performance and recommendations to Senior and Executive Leadership

Enterprise Role Overview

The Business Analyst is responsible for providing business metric and program analysis, report management, and project support at several different levels. The position requires the incumbent to have diverse administrative expertise and to oversee various policies, programs, and initiatives, to be able to think strategically, as well as perform in a proactive manner with limited supervision. The position also requires the individual to build and maintain relationships with field management, and work closely with other organizations within the LOB.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor degree (or equivalent experience)

  • Minimum of 4+ years of working experience in project management and/or business analysis

  • 3-5 years of experience defining capability gaps in current systems; perform gap and root cause analysis across capability, functions or activities

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Organized and able to work on multiples tasks with limited supervision

  • Ability to lead/facilitate discussions across various levels of stakeholders/support partners

  • Solid work ethic and willingness to take on new initiatives

  • Ability to effective communicate complex and/or technical information, verbally and in Senior and Executive level presentations

  • Excellent computer skills, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word

  • Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
