Bank of America Process Design Consultant I in Charlotte, North Carolina
The consultant plays a key role in supporting operational efficiency and strategy success of legal department projects in the enterprise. The Consultant coordinates efforts with team of associates responsible for performing complex analysis to identify and minimize legal and regulatory risk exposures. Coordinates and interfaces with key legal stake holders and key support unit associates. Prepares reports on projects and processes to provide status for enterprise executives, business segment heads, and risk management executives.
Incumbent should possess extensive knowledge of the following: SQL, Project Management, Process Design, Business Analytics, Agile Development Methodology.
A minimum of 2 years SQL experience
A minimum of 2 years business analytics
Solid experience in documentation skills as well as organization skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams (business and technical)
Evidence of using analytics and critical thinking skills to develop efficient processes with appropriate business controls.
Experience with user training and support
Experience in business analytics or process design
Experience with various types of technical enterprise wide projects, roles, and documentation
Enjoys conceptual thinking and managing by fact to implement the right improvements.
Familiarity with Visio
