Bank of America Operations Research Analyst II in Charlotte, North Carolina

Job Description:

This position is for an Information Management/Business Support role on the Global Wholesale Banking (GWB) Global Tax Servicing team within the GWB Treasury Service, Fulfillment & Operations (TFSO) organization. The GWB Global Tax Servicing team is responsible for managing the GWB Treasury client portfolio as it relates to: information management for FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance ACT) and CRS (Common Reporting Standards) tax regulations, providing Key Performance Indicator (KPI) & Quality Analytics (Q/A) Reporting and meeting annual tax reporting obligations for IRS, FATCA and CRS. This role will be responsible for overall project management of the GWB Global Tax Servicing team's key deliverables, as well as leading process improvement projects. This role will interface with a number of global business partners including the tax servicing teams in Americas, APAC, and EMEA, as well as Global Tax Policy, Enterprise Tax, Enterprise Shared Services Tax Document Operations, Treasury Fulfillment, Service and Operations.

Additional Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide Business and Project Management support for GWB Global Tax Servicing team to manage critical milestones/tasks

  • Lead various process improvement projects

  • Help drive adherence to regulatory requirements through business processes, training, communication and Quality Assurance (Q/A) monitoring

  • Familiarity with BofA systems such as: TIGER, GBS, IDS, IMPACS, ST, WBS, LEO, CED, GDS

  • Bank of America/Banking industry experience

  • Six Sigma Green Belt certified
