Bank of America Administrative Assistant (Treasury Fulfillment, Service and Operations) in Charlotte, North Carolina
Administrative support for two Band 3 executives in Treasury Fulfillment, Service and Operations (TFS&O).
The successful candidate will perform diverse, advanced and confidential administrative support functions for the Treasury Operations team. Candidate will be responsible for gathering, compiling and reporting information relevant to/for department; may manage a number of different and often conflicting objectives, projects or activities at one time. As the Administrative Assistant your responsibilities will include:
Providing comprehensive support to the team as well as key senior leadership individuals
Preparing meeting agendas and coordinating meeting participants; organizing and planning schedules effectively
Arranging travel across time zones, including visa arrangements
Managing calendars, including organizing meetings and conference calls
Handling expenses using Concur system
Maintaining relevant organizational charts / SharePoint / distribution lists
Handling sensitive and confidential materials
General administrative duties: scanning, filing and printing
Additional ad hoc administrative duties, which may include handling and gathering data for reports and presentations
Experience in similar role
Commitment of quality standards with intelligence and maturity

Excellent PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Proactive and reactive style and ability to prioritize, to pre-empt and to multitask
