Job Description:

Performs diverse, advanced and confidential administrative support functions including managing calendar, composing/sending written correspondences, developing PowerPoint slides, synthesizing written material. Relieves management of administrative details including booking travel, submitting expense reports, compiling reports, and developing meeting agendas. May manage a number of different objectives, projects or activities at one time. Communicates with executives and line management to gather or convey relevant information. May be exposed to sensitive information, and must use considerable tact, diplomacy and judgment. Hard working, committed, and eager to learn are desired attributes

Advanced administrative and written communication skills required. Thorough knowledge of a variety of software programs (particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Ability to compile PowerPoint slides from hand written drafts important. This position requires strong communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy environment. Previous event coordination (e.g., associate meetings/recognition events, etc.) is a plus. Detail oriented, demonstrating a high degree of accuracy critical to success.
