Job Description:

Provides customer service and solutions to Financial Centers and customers in a fast paced environment to resolve moderate to complex deceased cases by providing seamless delivery of service and fulfillment requests by answering calls in a contact center environment. Requires knowledge of multiple products, platforms and ability to deepen or retain relationships through service. May perform routine account-related transactions. Involves referring customers to the appropriate line of business for products not supported. May be required to solve problems and investigate/resolve a wide variety of issues and requests that include gathering additional information, setting expectations and working with other support organizations to fulfill the deceased request. May handle escalated issues by successfully navigating the organization to resolve customer requests. Accountable for the successful resolution of all customer requests.

Required skills:

  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills that will allow the associate to handle more complex call types.

  • Attention to detail, display empathy, team oriented and self-starter, ability to work effectively in a high demand environment with changing priorities.
