The FICC e-Sales team is responsible for driving our client focused electronic franchise strategy. By partnering with traditional sales coverage and traders, this individual will help expand our electronic footprint through understanding client needs, monitoring behavior and performance, and taking necessary action to ensure a high client service level is delivered within the framework of our franchise goals.
Interact with sales and trading to properly service the electronic trading needs of our clients
Participate in the collection, validation and analysis of data to drive client e-inquiry
Interact with Trading and other support teams to address performance issues and product gaps
Lead vendor engagement process to review performance and gather market intelligence
Prospect for new accounts and help manage low-touch clients
Leverage data visualization tools to create presentations for client visits
5 years of experience in global markets, preferably rates, in a sales, trading or middle office position
Strong knowledge of FICC e-Commerce
Experience analyzing data and extracting actionable conclusions
Proven driver of business development and growth
Knowledge of existing e-trading platforms and insight into future developments
FINRA Registrations Required: 7,63
