Application Production Support/Client Management
Position is a technical support associate for a number of financial systems.
Provide application support to global users of various Sales and Research applications including onsite support in One Bryant Park
Conduct and host application training sessions either 1x1, group/classroom or WebEx sessions.
Gather feedback from users and assist in marketing new features/applications.
Work closely and collaborate with the global support team as well as the development and business analysis teams.
Generate various reports for business and/or technology stakeholders.
Escalate issues to upper management and the required support teams.
Generate, analyze and publish support metrics to business and technology management for their review.
Work with key business and technology stake owners to help provide updates and resolve issues.
Incident management – logging incidents in a tracking system and prioritizing them.
Maintain relationships with the development team, vendors, and other internal support teams.
Escalate problems and make enhancement requests as necessary.
Knowledge of Windows, MS Office
Knowledge of SQL, SharePoint, and CTI a plus.
Strong technical background with an ability to work across different technologies Oracle /SQL and additional programming language a plus
CTI experience a plus (Covergence/ACME)
Strong analytical skills and well verse with problem resolution.
Great project management and good communication skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Great interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow-up on work and open items.
Ability to work independently.
Should work well under pressure.
