Bank of America Sr Financial Analyst - Expense Driver Reporting & Analytics - Analyst in Charlotte, North Carolina
This role is responsible for;
Partnering with LOB stakeholders to understand the Global Infrastructure allocations,
Providing clear, concise, and consistent corporate allocations reporting,
Understanding and communicating actionable drivers and levers the LOB can utilize to impact their allocations
Drive out changes that streamline and simplify the overall corporate allocation process. The work routines will follow the Bank of America Corporate forecasting cycles, with opportunities for key initiatives between the peak times.
Throughout the tenure of the role, the teammate will gain exposure and acumen in Global Infrastructure costs for Bank of America, build business partnering skills, and gain experience communicating complex concepts in a clear, consistent, and actionable manner.
The ideal candidate will work effectively in a fast paced environment, deliver analysis in a clear, consistent, and concise manner, communicate to senior levels of the organization with impact, and have LOB perspective and experience that will help the overall Corporate Allocations team.
Must have Bachelor’s degree
Prior experiences with forecasting/planning/analytics and understanding the end to end forecasting process
Proven partnership/relationship management experiences with key stakeholders
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Strong technical skills with MS Excel (i.e. proven experience running pivots, look-ups, etc) to perform various analytics and management reporting
Effective organizational skills. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and working on multiple priorities
Self-motivated with ability to solve issues
Prior cost allocations experience
Exposure/experiences to Finance support in either Operations/Staff Support/Tech
