Applies extensive technical expertise, and has full knowledge of other related disciplines. Exercises considerable latitude in determining technical objective of assignment. Completed work is reviewed from a relatively long-term perspective, for desired results. Guides the successful completion of major programs and may function in a project leadership role. Erroneous decisions or recommendation would typically result in failure to achieve major organizational objectives. Represents the organization as the prime technical contact on contracts and projects. Interacts with senior external personnel on significant technical matters often requiring coordination between organizations. Associates typically have advanced degree in Operations Research/Industrial Engineering/Applied Mathematics with a minimum of 2 years related experience. Experience with modeling languages like OPL-Studio, AMPL or GAMS. Experience with discrete event simulation software such as Arena/SIMAN, Extend, ProModel or iGrafx. Experience in C/C++, Visual Basic Applications (VBA).

This position is for an Information Management/Reporting role is on the Global Wholesale Banking (GWB) Global Tax Servicing team within the GWB Treasury Service, Fulfillment & Operations (TFSO) organization. The GWB Global Tax Servicing team is resonsible for managing the GWB Treasury client portfolio as it relates to: information management for FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance ACT) and CRS (Common Reporting Standards) tax regulations, providing Key Performance Indicator (KPI) & Quality Analtics (Q/A) Reporting, and meeting annual tax reporting obligations for IRS, FATCA, CRS and CDOT (Crown Dependencies & Overseas Territories). This role will be responsible for overall project management of the GWB Global Tax Servicing team's key deliverables, as well as leading the annual tax reporting process for the business. This role will interface with a number of global business partners including the tax operations teams in Americas, APAC, and EMEA, as well as Corporate and Enterprise Tax, Enterprise Shared Services Tax Document Operations, Treasury Fulfillment, Service and Operations.
